Jump-Start Your Dreams\Calling ❤

God Given Dreams

Where there is no vision, the people perish. (Proverbs 29:18, KJV)
Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint (Proverbs 29:18)

What is the dream that God's placed in your heart?
What has God given you a passion for?
What do you feel called to do?

Doesn’t matter if it is – Small | Big | Now | Future

Dream Big | Plan Big

Don’t  Bury your dreams so deep in your heart in order to protect them from the criticism of others.

Don’t  Set them out of sight so they don't have to think about them anymore.

Don’t  Give up on your dreams because it hurts too much to hold on.

If your dream needs a jump-start, make a
start to move forward not worrying how small or awkward the steps maybe because these tentative first steps can lead to amazing and glorious things.

“Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide,   do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.  Isaiah 54:2

Having a God given Dream doesn't mean that it will instantly happen. God's is as interested in the process as He is in the end result.

The apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:11-13 that he had learned how to be content and satisfied to the point where he was not disturbed by whatever state he was in. In other words, he never allowed himself to get upset with where he was at the moment, he was always looking forward to where he could be.

That means you, like Paul, need to find a balance between contentment and the plans God has for you in the future.

Time to step out – Give Fear the boot!

God and His presence, peace and wisdom are our companions on our journey. He never leaves us nor forsakes us.

Keys:
* Learn to enjoy where you are on the way to where you're going.
* Be true to You and God, focus on Gods will not other peoples will for you.

When you have a dream or a vision, you have to keep it in front of you. If it helps, write it down. And remember, God will help you live the dream He's given you, step-by-step, one day at a time.

Your destiny is shaped in what you do in your day-to-day life.

But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practise is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash (Matthew 7:26-27).

A great place to start is to realise that your dream\calling is shaped by what you do in your day-to-day life. The things that you do on a regular basis build the foundation that your life is constructed on, whether positive or negative.

Remember

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well (Matthew 6:33).

What is the greatest commandment of all the Scriptures?

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these” (Mark 12:30-31).

POL - Pray out loud
Jesus, even though I don't always feel like it and life tries to get me to quit, I believe You have a great plan for my life. I choose to trust You to help me live the dream You've given me more than I trust my circumstances.
